Motorlet Limited acts as a credit broker in vehicle finance; we are not a lender or funder.

Processing Fee

We charge a processing fee of £250 + VAT (£300 incl. VAT) for our brokering services. This fee is payable upon confirmation of your vehicle order and represents the costs of services rendered, including arranging finance, processing your order, and coordinating vehicle delivery. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or via BACS.

Cancellation Policy

In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations, regulated customers have the right to cancel their vehicle order without penalty within 14 calendar days from the date the order form is signed.

For orders cancelled after the 14-day period, we may charge a cancellation fee as detailed in our Terms and Conditions, which may be up to the equivalent of three monthly rentals. This cancellation fee does not affect your right to cancel the finance agreement within any cooling-off period provided by the finance provider. Payment for cancellation fees can be made by debit or credit card or via BACS.

Commission and Fees

Motorlet Limited operates as a commission and fee-based organisation. This means that we may receive payment(s) or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement arranged through us. These commissions help support the services we provide to you.

• Variable or Pre-Set Fees: The commission fees we receive may vary based on the finance product, lender, and volume of agreements we place with each provider.

• Impact on Amounts Payable: In some cases, fees or other remuneration may impact the overall costs of the finance product. We will ensure any such impacts are transparently disclosed to you.
